ProTilo — Support

ProTilo helps you reflect on your wellbeing through short daily check-ins. If something is not working as expected, the answers below cover the most common questions. For anything else, write to support@protilo.com — a person answers, usually within 2 business days.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Me → Delete the account for good. You sign in once more and type DELETE. The account closes at once and is erased after 7 days; sign in during those 7 days to cancel.

What is erased and what remains: Privacy Policy, section 11.

How do I get a copy of my data?

Me → Account security → Request Data Export: your account data by email, usually within minutes; the link works 7 days. Your 2.0 journal lives on your phone — take it with Me → Take a copy of the data.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your account email. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.

Reminders are not arriving

Reminders are local to your phone: Me → Reminders, and iOS Settings → Notifications → ProTilo.

Face ID / Touch ID

Me → Account security.

How do I withdraw my consent to records?

Me → Privacy and consents. Recording stops at once; what is already recorded stays on your phone until you erase it.

How does “Ask AI” work?

Me → Ask AI: the phone builds a text from your records; you copy it and paste it into the AI app you choose. ProTilo sends nothing. See AI transparency.

I think I found a bug

Please send a short description plus, if possible, a screenshot to support@protilo.com. Your device model, iOS version and the approximate time of the issue help us find it faster.

I want to report a security issue

Email security@protilo.com. We welcome coordinated disclosure of security issues and will not pursue good-faith security researchers.

Age requirement

ProTilo is only for people aged 18 or older. See the Privacy Policy, section 13.
